How to filter two column values

Not sure if I can articulate what I want to achieve in a single sentence, but I will try.
Please see attached screenshot.
I want to see only those id's that are on the same date .
Eg id 12(whites) has 3 entries . Two on 3/20/24 and one on 3/10/24.
I want to see only the two entries that have the same date and not the one on 3/10/24.
Others that are like this are 14(rose), 22(reds), 18(maxima).

I have huge data where I have to retrieve the id's that have combination of codes
99396 with 99213,99212,99204,99214,99215 but fall on the same date.

I have idea how to go about getting this .

Any help much appreciated.
