COUNT and MATCH Column Heading

I am having a problem with my spreadsheet. i enter numbers from 1 to 36 in cells C3:F22. So when I type 29 in cell C3 it should lookup the corresponding number in cell O31. Then in P31 is the number 4, which matches with the column heading K2 so K3 should have a count of 1 now.

Then in cell E3 I have the number 30. So that should lookup and match the number 30 in cell O32. In P32 is the number 4, which matches the column heading in K2 which also has a 4 so now the count in K3 should go to 2. Thanks for your help.
