.pdf FILES TO TABLES WITH wide COLUMNS & SPACES using GETDATA>PDF>TRANSFORM

Greetings fro South AFricaI hope that you might address a problem I have with GET DATA from PDF

I am trying to convert a bank statement from PDF to a table
The statement spreads over several pages thus creating a number of tables (12-1 that is a "header ")
I transform the pdf pages into 1 table and here my problems begin
Because the description are each a different length and in some cases the description has up to 4 spaces between words the transformation process creates extra columns, pushing the VITAL money in / money out columns out of true alignment eg
LINE 1 this is the correct alignment
SEE PIC 1 ATTACHED

LINE 2 this is the incorrect alignment
SEE PIC 2 ATTACHED

I can't just merge columns because the of the randomness of the "NEW" columns.

I do so hope this is a "NEW" problem pic 1.JPGpic 2.JPGand that I'm not just being a fool and missing some simple work through or formatting!!
