Adding a formula to 1000 lines with existing information

Hi there,

I've currently got the numbers 1-1000 going down the A column. However, I need to add the identifier in J4 to each of them. I assume there's a quicker way than manually typing "=1+J4" and "=998+J4"?

Thank you very much. How would I keep the formula going? I'd need 1001-2000 to count 1-1000 again but read J5 instead of J4. Ideally need it all to be in the same column as I'll be using it with a VLOOKUP.
