I have a word file (inventory) that I want to convert to excel to process data. I tried converting online but it's not in the correct format as in the word file. Is there any way to transfer? Thank you in advance

I paste it into Excel and get something that looks like the Word file. What are the elements of formatting that you find are not correct?
The only place I see an issue is the table headings, but I would find that acceptable in this case. There are going to be issues doing a copy and paste from Word to Excel when you have a Word table with line breaks within a table cell. Maybe that is what you are talking about. Excel tries to figure out what do with with line breaks (either paragraph marks or manual line breaks) and decides to move down to the next cell. You can copy the header row manually; copy the Word table cell then paste into the Formula bar of Excel instead of just Paste. The only other solution I know of is to write custom VBA to do the copy.
This is desire file as excel, I am doing it manually, copy from word to excel, so I take a lot of time
