I would expect a number format code like "Paymet#"00000. Recognize that the underlying cell value is still the number 25, but it will look like "Paymet#00025"

What are you using for the custom number format code? Did you try the number format code I proposed?
Like it "Paymet#00025" see excel how i have it
Are you talking about cells C14, C16, C18, etc.? I notice that they are currently formatted as General. If I apply a format like I proposed above ("Payment#"000000), I can enter 1761 into C14, and it will display as Payment#001761.
Is that what you are trying to do?
Yes is correct
Are you able to do the same? Format the cell with a custom format code of "Payment#"000000 and then enter 1761 and see the desired result?
