Settings for open excel twice if open 2nd excel file (2 taskbar bu

Can anyone tell me where is the setting so that excel opens for a second time
to create a second taskbar button when I open a 2nd .xls file.

At the moment the programme is opening only once and I need to go to excel
heading Windows=>and choose the workbook I want.

This is time consuming and I find it much better to quickly choose on the
taskbar pane whick file I want to work with.

If you're using xl2k+, you can turn on:

    tools|options|view|windows in taskbar

You can also use ctrl-f6 or ctrl-tab to cycle through the open workbooks.
