Conditional Formatting

I have multiple entries with different accounts and different percentages from 0%, 50%, 75%, 100%
When the account reaches 75% I will like the entire row to turn Green. And when the percentage falls below 75% I will like the entire row to be red. Any ideas?

you should be able to do it using conditional formatting where you select the cell you have the percentage in and add new rule then format cells that contain then cell value greater than or equal to .75 and apply to the row the fill as green and add another level where it is less than .75 fill as red.
