While within a workbook, what is the shortcut to move from spreadsheet to Spreadsheet?

Not to be confused with moving from Workbook-to-Workbook. . .

You use the much sought after and justly famous CTRL-PgUp and CTRL-PgDown
keystroke combination. Do not reveal this to anyone else. Got it?
