Hello.
1/ In my spreadsheet I have one column that is quite wide and has a lot of
text (a sentence) Mostly one line but can be 2. But I don't want to waste
paper by having too much empty spaces therefore the row height depends on
how many lines the sentence is. Say 24 pixels for 1 line and 35 for 2.
It is tedious as I have to alter the height of every row, because the option
of highlighting the spreadsheet and double clicking between the row headings
to 'Fit to Text ' makes the height too tight around the text. It
would be a great help if I could prevent it being
so tight which would save me from the next problem!

2/ When I've done all my rows, and I look at Preview or when I print, I've
noticed that it comes out
differently to how it was in Normal or PageBreak view. The problem is,
occasionally the odd rows that have one full line will print with 1 or 2
words spilling into a new line, whereas in the Normal/PageBreak view
it is not the case. So when I print, what looked like 1 line in Normal
View/Page Break
has the height of a cell with 2 lines, or what looked like 2 lines, ends up
bunched up in a smaller height cell. (I really hope I'm making sense) This
also happens if I zoom in or out in Normal View. A sentence in a cell can
change from one line to two and vice versa.

Any help would be much appreciated.
