Paste special cells with conditional formatting

I am not to familiar with more complex functions in excel so any help would be appreciated.

I have a spreadsheet where raw data is entered. On the same sheet below is a table which summarises this data and has conditional formatting applied to chnge the colour of cells depending on values within the raw data.

How can I copy and paste this summary table to a new workbook without any of the formulas but with the colour changes.

I have tried paste special then with the options formttin and with values both together but the colour changes dont appear. I dont want to link both workbooks together.

Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated. I've been racking my brains trying to figure out how to do this
