Filtering based on first 2 numbers in sequence

Hi,

I have a spreadsheet with around 13,000 rows of data, one colum is a mixture of 7 and 8 digit numbers. I want to filter numbers out based on the first 2 numbers in the cells.

eg.

10220063
15220278
17220307
6220367
7221138
7221140

I want the cells that start with 15 to be excluded.

Im sure this is possible but just cant remember how to do it!!!

Use Custom and input your own criteria not equal to 15* ...
