basic if statment query

I need an if statement

If the cell "a100" is empty the do nothing
if the cell "a100" is not empty then run "script"

I know this is basic quey but my vba knowledge is poor.

also

If the cell "a100" on sheet7 is empty the do nothing
if the cell "a100" on sheet7 is not empty then run "script"

You can use this

Sheet# is Sheet Name Sheet1 Sheet2 etc not the modified name
