Please Guide Me , I Need Some Help ?

Hi all fellows,

I am facing problem in Excel Sheet.
I am working in office, and I made various sheets of Excel .
Yesterday all sheets are working fine , now today when I open any sheet (sheet with data) it opens blanks (pic of sheet is attached)
Only one way it opens , first open Excel main link from Office, then open then browse your sheet and open it , it perfectly open otherwise not.

Where is the problem , what’s wrong happened ?
Plz guide me briefly, I be really thankful
