How to run excel inside a browser?

How do I run excel inside a web browser. I don't want users to have to download my excel program, but be able to use it right from the window and save to my computer.

You failed to mention which browser you want Excel to run in. You can easily configure Internet Explorer to open Excel files. If you are refering to some other browser(s) you need to include them in your post. To configure Internet Explorer look at this Knowledge Base article...
