Disable "Save As CSV" Warnings?

I do a LOT of database importing from CSV's. Is there any way to disable those annoying "file.cvs may contain features that are not compatible blah, blah, blah..." messages I get when I try to save a CSV from Excel? This one message costs me a surprising amount of lost time.
