1) I want to put a scroll bar which enable choosing body types of a guitar (strat, les paul, flying-v, explorer etc.) to the spreadsheet. (When I click downarrow or uparrow on the scroll body type change.)

How to assign those body types to a scroll box?

2) How to rotate the scroll bar on the spread sheet?

are you sure you want a scroll bar?

does like you would be better served with a drop down menu
in which case you can just use data validation instead of ActiveX

if you still want to use activex you should be looking at either combobox or listbox
