General mail failure when trying to send excel spreadsheet by email

General mail failure, Quit MS office excel, restart mail system, and try again.

Obviously, your internet connection works as you were able to post. What is your default mailer? e.g Outlook Express, Microsoft Exchange, etc. Are you experiencing mail problems with any other program? What version of Excel are you using?
