Assign text to a numerical range.

I searched, but mine seems such a specific question, that I could not specifically find a thread dealing with this. Not even sure if I'm in the correct topic for posting this question.

    Scenario:

We have a final number, like a score that in the cell below it would like converted or translated to a text.

    For example:

    Less than .9 = High
    .91 to 1.1 = Medium
    Greater than 1.12 = Low

(this is a risk index rather than a score) If a food establishment, has a final score that fits into one of those value ranges, we want a cell positioned below the numerical value to display the text, Low, Medium or High.

I know this is possible, just not sure how to accomplish it.

    Thanks much.

    tRY:

    Lookup(A1,{0,0.91,1.12},{"High","Medium","Low"})

where A1 is the cell with value to assess
Where there is a will there are many ways.
