shifting cells

I have a spreadsheet that contains the same account name for all the accounts and would like to find a way to shift (consolidate) the Estimate column on the the same line with the actual without the manual keying . (Ideal: Travel-601 $28,653 $29,988). Please ignore the --- it represents blank space. I wasn't able to align these columns correctly.
