multivariate data table

Hi,
I have a calculations here that takes in 13 parameters and have about 10 intermidiate steps before producing a final value using vlookup. And I have about 800 sets of those data. Is there any way I can set up the data table so that they take 13 parameters at the same time and is able to run the 800 sets automatically? If it is possible, may I know how can I do that? Thanks a lot!
