Question Quick Access Toolbook button names

Hello, I have just upgraded from Office XP to Office Standard 2007 and could use a little help with the Quick Access Toolbar (Ribbon?) set-up. Specifically, I do not get a short description when holding my mouse pointer over a button. While the purpose of some buttons is obvious, I have four green dots for hide/unhide column/row .

Thanks in advance for your help.

    Susan

When adding Hide Rows or Hide columns I get the green dot icons and a very short tooltip.

You may find some of Ron's information on QAT and ribbon useful.
