Exclamation Product Master TI HI calculations/formula

I would appreciate any help in working out a formula for a standard two way pallet, ie 1200 x 1000 with a maximum height of 1100. This gives me an overall pallet cube of 1.452.

Having gained this cube how will I calculate any given product dimentions into how many per layer and how many layers high per pallet cube.

for example a carton of 48 x 30 x 18 dimentions. how many will I be able to put into this pallet cube, also calculatiing how many per layer and how many layers high.

    Thanks

    Paul

To get the number per layer divide the pallet area by the carton area, then divide the height by the carton height.
    Hope that helps.
