List of macro commands

Can I get hold of a list of the macro commands? I want a simple command to shift from one cell to the next cell, left, right, up or down. When I try to do this, the command refers to the original cell from which I moved. Complete novice.

You can use the offset method

Please Login or Register  to view this content.

But it is normally not necessary to select a cell to perform things on it.
