How do I stop Control List boxes from changing sizes

I have a work sheet with multiple Control List Boxes... the problem is that they will randomly change sizes when the excel sheet is opened. Because the value in the cells they are linked to change in some of the list boxes those boxes will also randomly change when the values change.... the widths seem to be fine... the problem is the height of the boxes will change.... does anyone know how to make them stay a set size.
