AutoFilter Issue

Hi,

I got a problem with "Autofilter" in Excel 2002.

After clicking Data > Filter > AutoFilter, all fields header appears as dropdown to allow selection.

There are 2 fields involved:
1. Column "Name"
2. Column "Company"

While every dropdown is in (ALL), I could not find the person's name in the dropdown at column "Name".

But while I select a certain company name in column "Company", then I could find the person's name in the dropdown at column "Name".

Seems like a hide and seek for me.

how many rows in your column? auto filter only shows the first 1000 in the scroll window even if all is used

I have 2260 rows in the column.
So maybe that's the problem.
What is the recommendation then, to make it happen?
