Annual and quarterly data in one chart

Hi
I have annual data for one variable and quarterly data for another and want to present them in one chart on different axis. I can do it by using scatter charts but then I can only get lines. I would like to have quarterly data as a line and the annual data as vertical bars. Is this possible?
