    Yep Donkey, I knew this way, but I didn't want to use array formulas, assuming that he might has 25 or more teams...

    Helper table is linked to "totaled" cells, and added to the decimal number in column N, to make 'em unique.

    the this formula
    =INDEX($P$4:$P$7,MATCH(LARGE($R$4:$R$7,ROW(A1)),$R$4:$R$7,0))
    It looks for 1st , 2nd, 3rd etc largest numbers in helper table and then returns team names.

    And no, u won't be able to open it ising 2003. U must save it as 2003 workbook. TO do it press F12 and selecet required format and press save.

    How to mark a thread Solved
    Go to the first post
    Click edit
    Click Go Advanced
    Just below the word Title you will see a dropdown with the word No prefix.
    Change to Solved
    Click Save
