Please help with forecasting

If anyone has time to look at this it is much appreciated.

On the attached worksheet
Column A=location
Columns B,C&D=Month/YeaR with total claims for each
Column E=Totals of B,C,D
Column F=Total of how many
Column G=Quarterly/YeaR with a claims frequency, E/F

What I need to accomplish:
To be able to show the "location" a forecast of the frequency.

I am pretty much a noob and not even sure if this is possible to do.
