    Spreadsheets

    Hi
I have a couple of questions.
    1. I have spread sheet and some charts attached, as you can see on the chart if it shows a zero for that cell the data line dives down. Can i hide that until there is a value in the corresponding cell.
    2. If you type a number in the actual amount column and then want to take it back to zero, the other columns stay populated - how can i overcome this.
    Thanks Gavin

insted of zero's use NA, na will stop the graph i have't had a good look at your sheet but something like =IF(e18="",NA(),IF(D18=0,E18=0,D18-C18))

alternitavely you can use "offset" in your selection critera

    Re: Spreadsheets

    Hi,

I had a look at your spreadsheet.

To stop charts dropping to when it hits Zero you can terminate the range in the Graph. Tjis means eaditing everytime you ad new figures.

I played with your sheet and modified the formula's in column I, as the value was in a strange format.

I added 3 additional columns to continue the values at the most recent level and then re referenced you graphs.

I don't know if this helps, but good luck.

    Cheers
