How do I add text before and after as well as adding hypens?

Hello, can someone please tell me how I can change the text below?

FOR EXAMPLE:

Currently: (Cell A1) DOG NAIL CLIPPER
Need to be: (Cell B1) www.example.com/DOG-NAIL-CLIPPER.jpg

Is there a formula I can use to add the stuff before and after as well as adding the hypens?
