macro programming/editing from excisting excelsheet

i got a excel sheet which was made thanks to modytrane

but after testing it out a bit i want a few changes.

The first column(the one which has the number in it).
Is it possible to for example make it so that i just need to enter the first one example: 09*0102/01 and it automatically adds the lines below until 09*0102/50 ?
The date i would like to turn off the automatic entry of it when a code is entered for the payment. column F
And once a entry is made in the last line of column E or F(F for automatic price, E for manual price), it will create 50 new fields like it does now when the date is entered in the last line.
