Need helping adding Rows

Ok I got a formula below

I5=IFERROR('WEEK 1A'!U$12,"")

and

J5=IFERROR('WEEK 1A'!X$11/'WEEK 1A'!U$12,0)

both need to be copied down 52 rows.

the pattern is

Week 1A
Week 1B
Week 2A
Week 2B
Week 3A
Week 3B
and so on till Week 26B

is there a way to do this so I don't have to do all 50 rows by itself????


Lastly I have a
a sheet called Week 1A and Week 1B and Week 2A and Week 2B the same way

Now I need to create sheets for each week all the way to week 26B
when I copy and paste to a new sheet everything is perfect except for cell

A3 which says
='MLB OVERALL'!M5

now for each sheet M5 needs to go up one

M5
M6
M7
M8
M9

etc etc.

so I am doing that by hand is there a way to do it without doing it by hand?
