Excel Graphical Rev Counter

I was wondering if anyone knows where i can get a free rev counter for my spreadsheet that i can set against a range of cells?

I guess i had a vision of something like a speed clock like you see in an on car with a gage but in a sleek graohical format. Something like you see on statistical dashboards
