Conditional Formatting based on value of the cell not the formula in it.

I am trying to conditionally format the cells on my first page based on the value but id doesn't recognize them as it is looking at the formila in the cell.

i.e. I want it to colour the cell based on "Done" instead of the formula "='Protean Info'!BO5"

the formatting I am using is "Format only cells that contain specific text containing Done"
Should I be using a different condition?

I have attached the sample file. with the formatting on the first sheet where the cells are populated from the second sheet.

    Thanks
