    Comparing lists and returning corresponding values

    I need to compare cell H4 to the list R8-22 and find the closest match, then return the corresponding number in list Q8-22 to cell J4.

    Any ideas

    try: =INDEX($Q$8:$Q$22,MATCH(H4,$R$8:$R$22,1))
