Cannot import more than 200 Rows from Google Spreadsheets into Excel

I am using IE 7 and Excel 2007, When I try and import data from Google Spreadsheet into Microsoft Excel using "Get External Data - From web" I get the first 200 rows and the it say browser error has occured. I am using new version of Google Sheets. does anyone know of any solutions please.I have tried refreshing browser etc.
