Formula or Macro to fill the other table by search, copy and paste

Hi,

I have been trying LOOKUP, MATCH, INDEX, HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, and Macros with no luck yet.

My source table have its column headings change on a monthly basis. I have another table with established headings and just need to copy the data meeting the criteria with the headings and *** row value. It can be copied on the same worksheet or on another different worksheet.

My tables are only four rows but the source data table can be from A to Z columns or sometimes from A to Y, etc... while the established heading's table is always from A to Q.
