    Conditional Formatting Question

    Hello,
I am attempting to format cells concerning dates. When a date is past due it is red and if its within the next week its green. I would like to enter data into the adjacent cell and have the cell with the dates change to a dark grey shade.

    Example.xlsx

    Thank you,
    Bryce Carter
