Create & Place Autoshapes in Excel VIA User Input

Hello - I am trying to create a user interface that would allow a user to input a cube # and assign and place it in front of a placement #. In the attached file there is two worksheets - the first sheet is called 'Input Sheet' it is very basic and just asks the user to input a cube # and a placement #; the second sheet 'Map Layout' is a map of all of the placement locations. What I would like to happen is based upon what the user inputs lets say they enter cube # - "816009" and a placement # of 1 it would draw an autoshap rectangle with a height of 0.2" and a width of 1.31" inches and place it in the cell directly above placement location 1 on the placement sheet. Now the kicker is that some of the placement zones I need the rectangle to have a rotation of 270 degrees while other locations I need it to have a rotation of 0 degrees. Placement locations 1 thru 32 & 36,38,40,42,44,46,48,50,52,54,56,58,60,62,64,66,68,70 & 72 should have a rotation of 270 degrees. Placement locations 33,35,37,39,41,43,45,47,A,B,53,55,57,59,61,63,65,67,69,71,73 & 74 thru 121 a rotation of 0 degrees. I would also like the cube # to be labeled within the rectangle autoshap.

Could someone please assist with this - not sure if everything is possible or not.

    Thanks in advance
