Formating a cell on three conditions

I have a cell that needs to be formatted as currency. I need these three conditions:

1: Postive and >= a calculated cell (W28) the color should be black
    2: Negative is always read
3" < than the calculated cell (W28) also red

I have been trying to figure out the custom format but i cant

Are you trying to use Confitional Formatting?

I right clicked the cell and clicked format. I think it was called custom formatting.

Assuming that you are trying to format cell A28 ...

    Condition 1:
1: Postive and >= a calculated cell (W28) the color should be black

=AND($A28>=0, $A28>=$W28) and choose your formatting options (black)

    Condition 2:
    2: Negative is always read
3: < than the calculated cell (W28) also red

=OR($A28<0, $A28<$W28) and choose your formatting options (red)

    Select Format | Conditional Formatting...

Condition 1 (see previous post): Formula is: =AND($A28>=0, $A28>=$W28)
    Add condition
Condition 2: (see previous post): Formula is: =OR($A28<0, $A28<$W28)
    Click OK

    Regards
