    Adding 2 sets of data to a single calendar

    I am trying to add 2 different sets of data to a single calendar, but am unfamiliar with the calendar function. Data coming from the 2 separate pivot table tabs (one being template, other being install) I have attached a spreadsheet.

    This must be done in excel and I cannot export it to Outlook.
