Intersection

First of all, this forum do help me along during my Excel workout. I have a simple question maybe for others but for me it's quite tricky. I need to find an intersection from the other field and return the value to the other field. The returned value should be the value that intersect according to the other colums.

Update, I only need to find x axis and y axis and the intersection based on the value in other field.
