What Does Your VBA / Excel Toolbox Look Like ?

I find my VBA / Excel Toolbox becoming unmanageable. As time progresses the toolbox size has
grown with so many 'much needed snippets' it is becoming increasingly more difficult
to later locate those 'pearls of wisdom'.

Presently my toolbox is a desktop placed folder (convenient access) with subfolders
representing various coding topics: Forms, Sheet Functions, Formulas, ComboBox, etc.
Each folder has alot of examples pertaining to the Folder Topic.

Is there a better method of storing these snippets for future reference ?

I use Access. I have columns for the name, brief description, topic/subtopic, link to the website I got it from (if applicable), and I attach excel sheets and .txt documents with the code. It's good because I can sort and filter. It works well for me. But then, my toolbox is (as of now) very small, so I have yet to find out if this is a good system.
