Help with merging data from several worksheets into one worksheet

I have 3 worksheets with information about a list of people, each with a unique numerical ID. I'd like to combine all of the data on one worksheet. However, a person may appear on 1, 2 or 3 of the lists, making copying and pasting not feasible.

Example:

Sheet 1:
0001 x y z

Sheet 2:
0001 g w f

Sheet 3:
0001 t l i

How I'd like it to look:
0001 x y z g w f t l i
