Excel 2007 : Formula with TEXT shows error #VALUE! in some instances of same version Excel

    Formula with TEXT shows error #VALUE! in some instances of same version Excel

    In an excel sheet column we have a formula =TEXT(10,"General")&"/"&TEXT(100,"General")
    In Excel 2007 SP2 MSO in one Windows XP machine We can see 10/100 in the column.

    But in another machine in the same version of excel, we see #VALUE!

    What could be the reason for it?

    Are you sure you're spelling "General" correctly in the formulas on both PC's?

    Yes, in fact the same file is copied to the other PC.
