Unhappy How to Autopopulate cells with the used of H&VLOOKUP?

    Hi there,

I am trying to create an semi-automatic quotation file where I have 4 separate sheets:
    1. Product Data
    2. Miscellaneous Data
    3. Input Sheet
    4. Output Sheet

With combinations of VLOOKUP and HLOOKUP I was able to get reasonably close to where I would like the Output Sheet to be but not quite there yet.

The major problem that I am having is that each products may not have the same number of lines of description (1 lines, 2 lines, 3 lines, etc.). Thus, the Output Sheet has to be able to automatically adjust the row position. If product 1 has 1 line of description, 2 has 2 lines of description, and 3 has 3 lines of description and I want to list product, 1 - 2 -3 or 2-1-3 or 3-2-1 or which ever combination I could think of, I want to have 1 empty row between the description to space things out a bit without having the change the formulas in my output sheet. Without fixing the exact location, position, and the same number of lines of description, I am unable to auto-populate the output sheet.

It may be easier to visualize what I am trying to do by looking at the file. I am sure that for an expert, this would be really simple but to me it is very hard.

Thank you very much in advance for the help!
