Macro taking a long period of time

    Hi guys.
Following on fom my query yesterday which Andrew_R helped me with brilliantly I have completed my macro to delete extraneous data from a report and only leaves the data not currently in the spreadsheet.
There's only one issue, the macro seems to freeze Excel for a lengthy period of time for no reason. I haven't put anything in that I can see should cause it to grind to a halt as it does for a good few minutes.

Can anyone suggest how I can get the freezing to stop?

    Hi Teylyn
I made those changes, and in my first attempt it worked. On my second attempt however it slowed to a crawl again because I added a couple more sections to it as the guy who wants me to make it asked me to make the changes.

Any ideas for further fat trimming to speed it up?
