Excel 2007 : Remove Duplicates in excel (conditional)

Hi,

i have a issue with my excel sheet.

i have names and address, but there are duplicate name and address in that sheet.

i have conditional formatted the name's with red color, Please see the attached image.

A2 and A3, A4 and A5 and A8 and A9 are same and they are highlighted in red. (with conditional formatting)

now the prob is that the address of this cells are also same (B2 and B3, B4 and B5, B8 and B9) except some periods (full stop's) ".", commas "," at the end or in between or even in the meddle of the address.

i wanted to high lite this address's also.
