    Countifs with null or blanks

    I'm working in 2007.

    I'm trying to write a countifs formula for it to count only the cells of FY12WOcount that have data (cell example 012511-01) and the cells of FY12 DateResolved that has a date in it.

    This is what I'm using but it is not working.

    =COUNTIFS(FY12WOCount,"",FY12DateResolved,"?")
